This app provides everything you need and for free. It's so usefull and adecuate for your shops. I recommended it.
Whatsapp is a widely used application. So, I use it for talking to my customers easily and rapidly. My clients have become closer.

It´s great, it does exactly what my boss want. Two minimun issues are that our site is in spanish, so I wish we could personalize the "chat with us" alt text and the head of the message box that is in english.
