App is very easy to install, phone works great. However, the whatsapp function does not work. I am using a spanish number and used the +34 prefix. I would love to have some support here please.

We installed the application a little more than 15 days ago and although it is easy to configure and it works, there was no way to enter the reports to see the number of clicks and conversations started, for that reason we leave only 2 stars

Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature. Because your plan is Free, so you could not see the reports.
