Interakt ‑ Sell on WhatsApp

The account set up was easy and quick. We are primarily using Interakt for COD confirmations and catalog.

Its of no use to people selling clothing with different sizes atm. Once the catalog is created half products dont get pulled, all collections are not displayed and moreover, 1 product if it has 4-5 size variations, it will be displayed as 4-5 different products.

We use the app on a regular basis and it has worked wonders for us, waiting for a few more upgrades and it should be the perfect one, thank you team.

Very easy to setup for Shopify users - no code needed. My favourite feature is that it allows me to integrate my Shopify catalogue for sharing on WhatsApp quite seamlessly.

Features that this platform provides for the business is really helpful. Catalog and automated messages work absolutely well. I also wanted to take the product reviews from the customers but that option isn't available yet with Interakt

Shity app and will get you in trouble. I download the app, free trial starts without any confirmation. And now you in their whatsapp mailing list. So they start sending me text. I clocked stopped, the texts kept coming. I emailed them, the text kept coming. I texted them back, the text kept coming. I blocked them, and start sending me texts from another number. In the USA and some other countries this is illegal. As a customer it piecing me off. I don't want your app, or your text, or email, or any other communication what so ever. Next text will be a lawsuit. Shopify should ban this kind of behavior that jeopardizing website owner

Works perfectly as mentioned. Customer does not have to redirect to website and check product details directly in Whatsapp
