The best thing about Interakt is their support The only thing I am not happy about is the user interface and also would request the team to do something about converting COD orders to Prepaid.

Catalog seems to have limitations if the products have variation. I hope Whatsapp addresses this flaw. Apart from that automation and notification works well.
