Catalog seems to have limitations if the products have variation. I hope Whatsapp addresses this flaw. Apart from that automation and notification works well.

The added benefit of the Product Catalog makes it easier to explain to customers about various products and inform them about the new products.

Features that this platform provides for the business is really helpful. Catalog and automated messages work absolutely well. I also wanted to take the product reviews from the customers but that option isn't available yet with Interakt

The support team was very helpful in setting up the whatsapp channel and catalog to our store in shopify.

The catalog connected easily with the platform. Seems to be a good feature but there is one disadvantage- you could only send 300 products to your customers at once and not more than that. A major disappointment from Whatsapp

The initial setup takes a bit of time. But over it seems to be worth it. The app could incorporate more features though.
