The automated campaigns have reduced a lot of work for us. The catalog is also an interesting feature but there are a lot of limitations from Whatsapp!

There is no need now for someone to pickup calls and answer for delivery & return related issues. The chatbot works like a dream & the support from the Interakt Team is just too good. I just wish that that variant shopping options come soon on WhatsApp
