The app is very helpful, it sets up your Whatsapp Catalog and has a seamless sync with Shopify. All your customer details and order details show up automatically.
This app got the fundaments right, great for a company to get started with. But there are a lot of scopes for improvement to make it more convenient to use on the customer front. Hope they keep taking feedback and implementing to justify the costs with the competition. But overall great team!

We have been using this platform for months now, it is working well for us. We are also getting orders on Whatsapp sales channel. Highly recommended. Just one disadvantage regarding the variants that are not supported on whatsapp
