Easy to set up and starts functioning from the word Go! Support is super prompt too in resolving any issues. Has most of the required functionalities a medium-sized business needs.

One of the best Apps we have found especially in terms of conversion optimization and customer support. We can't thank enough to the team who think of this App. Whoever thought of this App must be a gem of a guy.

Install this App right away and see the magic...Moreover, the team behind this App is helpful, whatever small issues we have had for this app on our store were resolved right away.

We don't think we will ever delete this App from our store. It is a keeper for sure.

we are using the free version of this app. it is really useful and works very well.
Support from the developers is best. Their engineers are available on chat and they provided the initial set up by giving them staff account on the site for whatsapp share button and whatsapp chat! .
Great App! Great Service!

Have been using it for around 6 months and it does what it says (on the free version). Customers use it all the time without issues. :)

A few tips: for some reasons accents don't work so if you're using a language with accents, just get rid of them in your automated message.
Placing and overlap with other floating buttons you may have might be troublesome if you're using other Apps. Not the fault of this App, per say, but more something to be aware of if you want a button for Messenger or other apps.

Go to App for cart recovery, they just make it as simple to use just set in 10 mins and ready to go,

the most important is their support, I can't believe I got a reply to support email within 30 mins and got my doubts clear, more than anything they offering 60 Days trail, to completely understand if this app works for our store or not,

Highly recommended, I am also using their few other apps like Global SMS notifier, COD confirmation, etc, they got most of our E-com Problems covered
