I used this app for whatsapp abandoned cart messages and order confirmation messages. It works smoothly and has the cheapest per message price (in India at least). Overall, my experience so far has been great with no issues. There's two features I would suggest the developer added that could be helpful:
1) The ability to use your own business whatsapp number for messages
2) The ability to edit text on the messages
WhatsApp is very crucial these days! This app helped us a lot in setting things up and also has seamless integration. Connect directly to your customers and increase your sales. Customer support is also very quick.

I am using this application for the last one month and have been highly impressed with the features it offers. The WhatsApp chat works well and if you have any issues then Rahul from the support team will go up and beyond to make sure that the issues are rectified. I haven't used the paid version of the tool yet, but am pretty sure that it would be just as good as the free one! Great team and great application to have on your store.

después de probar la APP casi 2 meses sinceramente tiene sus detalles a mejorar

1- la interfaz de la plataforma es muy lenta
2- la información de las analíticas y los reportes no me parecen reales, porque no cuadran al momento de ver las métricas...
3- cobran mucho dinero en comisión para enviar un mensaje automático para recuperación de carrito de compras
Puntos Positivos
1- la configuración es fácil y sencilla
2- el servicio al cliente y soporte son rápidos y accesibles, se ve que están comprometidos en ayudar
3- el costo del plan es económico (sin incluir la comisión)
