We installed this on 2 of our stores. In terms of functionality it worked fine. However on store 1 we had to desactivate it as it was adversely affectig pageload time. On store 2 it was stopping the add to cart button working correctly as it is installed at the root. Shopify theme support informed us this was a known problem with this app.

i copied the code that was generated and pasted it in the collection liquid but i did not see any whatsapp button on my shopify store.
can you tell me exactly what line in the collection liquid page i need to paste the code.

O aplicativo é funcional, porém, ao enviar a mensagem do whatsapp para carrinhos, ele envia o link da shopify para o cliente e não do domínio, dessa forma, o cliente não consegue fazer a compra, pois o link não existe

I have one doubt .. In automated message to customers you will directly send message to new customers so is there any chance to get suspend our number by whatsapp? . Please clear it . I have fear about this . Bcoz whatsapp block number if we continue send message to unknown. number

As we mentioned in the application, Automated messages are sent using pre-approved WhatsApp business number, not using your own WhatsApp number.

So no need to worry about suspension of your WhatsApp number. We are using official API to send automated message.

With that message,
- Customer will get your store name and WhatsApp link, so that they can contact you directly.
- Also if customer response to automated message then it will be available in our application admin to view what they replied.

abandoned checkout PAID feature is not working. Already contacted developer more than 10 days ago and there's no response from their side.

Nice app but very very hard to upload. I couldn't upload it I think they need better help videos. the recent ones are very bad.

Free plan is terrible. It has no interesting options. Only thing you can do is add the WhatsApp icon. No abandoned cart or automations available.

Free plan has WhatsApp Chat, FAQs, Contact Form, Order tracking & WhatsApp Share feature available.

For abandoned cart and automated messages you will have to choose paid plan, which is coming with 45 days of free trial for monthly subscription fees.
