I used this app and it's perfect
This is a very useful app and I have been looking for this solution for a while. However a couple of pointers that could make the app a lot better:
1. Have a longer list of abandoned checkouts (10 per page is too less- it should be at least 30 preferably 50)
2. Have an option to 'clean' the phone number- some customers add spaces or country code (when it is default) making their correct number incorrect. In such cases, the app fails to recognize or clean the number and shows it as an incorrect number
3. Make "{customer_first_name}" an available variable as it is much better to address customers with their first name rather than full name
4. It would be super great if you can include product name variable as an available variable in the auto message.
The app is great, i would recommend it to a friend. When sharing on whatsapp, the message and pics could be better structured, maybe more bold letters and a better showcase of the product or image being shared. Alround, a great app! :)
Installed it today. Easy to install and works fine. Have to watch out how effective this is. By the way, when sharing a product page, it should share the product image as well. Currently it is sharing the Product Title and link.
Great app...i like to have It. Very helpfull. You guys did a really good job keep going and thanks a lot.
I used this app really its helpful mostly with chat support . And abandoned cart recovery is also wonderful full thank
Nice App, I'd suggest adding a ring or any sound so the customer is aware of the chat, sometimes the popup can go unnoticed.
Download > install > done!! Very easy process, one area I facing issue in product page; I can't adjust the share button to the position I like and I don't have control of the button size
App is good, Customer R able 2 whatsapp to us. They are using often. We are able to whatsapp back to them easy.
