Rahul was available right there to resolve a quick issue. He just did it in a snap. Was not confident until I spoke to them but they were so helpful. Definitely a worthy app with good support. I personally liked their feature when your customers share the products to your WhatsApp support it comes along with the product url for which the customer needs help. It has converted a lot for us. I’m currently using the app. It has all the features I was looking for: contact via whatsApp or email, query the order status and FAQ. Customer service can be contacted via WhatsApp and responds fairly quickly. I’m satisfied:)

Nice app and great customer support!

I used this app for whatsapp abandoned cart messages and order confirmation messages. It works smoothly and has the cheapest per message price (in India at least). Overall, my experience so far has been great with no issues. There's two features I would suggest the developer added that could be helpful:
1) The ability to use your own business whatsapp number for messages
2) The ability to edit text on the messages

WhatsApp is very crucial these days! This app helped us a lot in setting things up and also has seamless integration. Connect directly to your customers and increase your sales. Customer support is also very quick.

I am using this application for the last one month and have been highly impressed with the features it offers. The WhatsApp chat works well and if you have any issues then Rahul from the support team will go up and beyond to make sure that the issues are rectified. I haven't used the paid version of the tool yet, but am pretty sure that it would be just as good as the free one! Great team and great application to have on your store.
