Decisamente da migliorare, fa il suo ma sarebbe meglio che i templates dei messaggi li puoi governare direttamente da l'app su Shopify, che capisca il tipo di valuta a seconda del mercato di riferimento del cliente.
Aggiungerei inoltre la possibilità di mettere il pulsante chatta con noi.

Ciao, grazie per il feedback dettagliato. Ci dispiace che l’esperienza non sia ancora all’altezza: capiamo quanto sia importante gestire i template e opzioni come “Chatta con noi”.

Per quanto riguarda la valuta: i messaggi inviati ai clienti mostreranno sempre la valuta con cui hanno completato il checkout, che dipende dai mercati supportati dal tuo Shop. Le anteprime dei messaggi all’interno dell’app potrebbero invece non mostrare la valuta corretta, perché possiamo determinare la valuta effettiva del messaggio solo al momento del checkout.

Stiamo raccogliendo questi suggerimenti per migliorare il prodotto. Se puoi, contattaci tramite “Get Support” nell’app con dettagli sulla tua configurazione, così possiamo anche verificare eventuali soluzioni temporanee.

Então, fiquei muito feliz com o lançamento desse aplicativo de forma nativa e tudo mais, porém parece que ele não funciona. Fiz todas as configurações, mas nenhuma automação está funcionando.

Não informa se a mensagem não foi enviada, não fica claro o que aconteceu e não dá para acompanhar de forma simples. É horrível. Não tem nenhuma sinalização de erro ou de sucesso, enfim, sinceramente não entendi por que esse app existe se não cumpre aquilo para o que foi programado.

It's a very useful automation service, but sometimes i face some issues in whatsapp application on phone, which is the customer number shown as unknown user which make some conflict, and the message which is contain the order details always doesn't appear while shown as this message may take a while, i already sent to whatsapp support and no one could fix my issue

Cant Connect with existing WABA Account ,
Cant get support that failed sending the ticket

Super useful app! Easy to set up and great for sending order updates automatically. Saves a lot of time. Just wish customer numbers showed properly instead of ‘unknown’, but overall really good.

Great idea and its great to have an app created by WhatsApp, but the functionality is limited.

Templates are not customisable, making the messaging sound robotic and old fashioned.

The support via the build-in support button is non-exsistance, the agents wont help you as they say they dont care about Shopify x Whatsapp integration, while it is a natively built app by WhatsApp. It is quite funny to see.

There are bugs, such as the app doesnt know how to handle split fulfilment and will send out wrong notifications. Again, no support is avaliable and no way to report this issue as their support staff refuses to help, they will response with a canned message, saying they do not handle WhatsApp account bans. How silly this is.

To be honest, the app is really good, but there are many bugs, and they happen frequently. I've only been using it for a week, and when a customer places an order, it's supposed to be sent automatically, right? Well, it's not. Instead, it sends the wrong template. I really don't see why it would be so difficult for the developers to fix this; they're clearly neglecting it. Besides that, it often sends mass messages that Meta detects as intrusive. I would really appreciate some support from you. Thank you very much, and I hope you improve.

Very disappointing overall. It is not possible to properly edit the message templates, which severely limits customization. Even worse, the automated translations (for example into German) are completely incorrect and unusable.

It's surprising that such a fundamental issue has not been noticed or fixed. This is a critical bug that directly affects customer communication.
