Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps. However, it’s missing two critical features: the ability to edit templates and the option to schedule messages. While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, nor can you set messages to be sent after a delay—whether a few minutes or even a day after an order is placed—which is quite disappointing. Hopefully the developers address this soon.
the option to edit templates must be added, also one issue that we are facing is with order shipped message being sent to the customer the moment order is manifested, which should not be the case, instead it should go when order has been picked up by courier.

26-Nov-25 : Suddenly integration with Shopify stopped sending message via whatsapp. Business is already verified on meta.
It needs custom templates and more flows, espically abandoned cart and more flexibilty with flows and templates, it will be amazing if it can be integrated with Shopify flow app

The message content should be fully customisable. It offers insufficient messaging features. An application with potential but unable to utilise it.
We need to edit the templates.. Please add this important option...
Or allow syncing with templates in business manager!
Hello, Looks great but i just signed up but its telling me my trial has expired when its just today i signed up. So basically i have not used my 1000 free messages. Can this be resolved?
