Foi fácil configurar, e funciona bem. Porém, não é possível editar os textos das mensagens e estão todos em português de Portugal, o que gera algumas diferenças para os brasileiros. Seria bom se tivesse uma maior gama de personalizações para cada loja.

It is very strict with the phone numbers and everyone can see your chats business or personal
I'm giving it a 4 just because it is so much pain killer, make all the 3rd party useless and saves a lot of money. unfortunately, unable to edit the messages is a really blocker! they must add this feature ASAP, also adding few more events.

since i am sending whatsapp on order confirmation
there is no optin from user
will this result in my account being banned
Buenas siento que le falta un poquito más, porque no programar también los estados, así como Facebook e Instagram.
