Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps.
However, it’s missing a critical feature: the ability to edit templates.
While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, which is quite disappointing.
Hopefully the developers address this soon, as this limitation is a common concern mentioned across many other reviews.
good apps but you should permit to entrepreneurs to choose which messages to send to customers or the possibility the change the language of the default messages.
Easy to set up.
Given that this a new app, the initial functions are pretty neat.
Features requests:
- Merchants should be allowed to customise message templates
- Broadcast function and message consent management
- New message initiation via shopify admin, so CS life can be easier.
Pricing seems to be cheaper than intergrating via other providers.

Great app! It would be incredibly useful to see customizable template options & integration with Shopify Flow for custom automation.

Excellant , Easy to set up, to add the payment method for whatsapp for shopify, you need to visit the billing and payment section , select accounts, then select whatsapp business account, then add the payment method.
At present , order confirmation, order shipped and order delivered is set up, we can use our own whatsapp business number and a copy of the message is shown in our whatsapp business account chat log.
We noticed there are option to add new templates from the pre approved templates, however we could not find how to activate the approved template in whatsapp for shopify.
for example, we added a review request template from the template library and it's approved by system but that is not visible in Whatsapp app in shopify to enable. It will be good if we can add abandoned cart messages also. please guide us if any one has already set up review request and abandoned cart messages.

Add more features like send marketing mails to existing customers, abundant cart recovery
