The app is very impressive. Everybody uses WhatsApp now, so its pretty easy to reach all our customers using the app. Easy to setup too
Works great, but please allow us to select custom TEMPLATES for ORDER CONFIRMATION and ORDER SHIPPED etc.
app is best for sending notification. but still need some improvement.
whatsapp should add more comman features that one shop needs like abandoncart, review collector & broadcast new products.
