Application difficile à personnaliser soit même, la personnalisation est faite par facebook et rien d'autres on a pas la main mise dessus, application à revoir sérieusement.

After doing all the setup. It automatically disconnects after 10 mins and logsout from all devices and disconnects from shopify so i have to do it all again, then the same problem happen again and again.

Então, fiquei muito feliz com o lançamento desse aplicativo de forma nativa e tudo mais, porém parece que ele não funciona. Fiz todas as configurações, mas nenhuma automação está funcionando.

Não informa se a mensagem não foi enviada, não fica claro o que aconteceu e não dá para acompanhar de forma simples. É horrível. Não tem nenhuma sinalização de erro ou de sucesso, enfim, sinceramente não entendi por que esse app existe se não cumpre aquilo para o que foi programado.

La aplicación no está cargando correctamente. Al abrirla, la interfaz se queda cargando y no avanza, por lo que no permite configurarla ni utilizar sus funciones.

Very disappointing overall. It is not possible to properly edit the message templates, which severely limits customization. Even worse, the automated translations (for example into German) are completely incorrect and unusable.

It's surprising that such a fundamental issue has not been noticed or fixed. This is a critical bug that directly affects customer communication.

WhatsApp order updates are not being sent since yesterday. All of a sudden it stopped sending messages to the customers for any order updates.
