1. It does not send new Tracking number which is assigned after one tracking number is used and another is assigned for exchange purpose.

SUPER FUNCIONAL me encantó pero tienen un GRAN PROBLEMA. La información que escribe en los mensajes automáticos, no es exacta con la situación actual de los pedidos. Me gustaria poder personalizar.
Por ejemplo, cuando un pedido se marca "preparado", la notificación que el cliente recibe es "pedido enviado". Pero eso noe s verdad; al menos en mi tienda.
To be honest, the app is really good, but there are many bugs, and they happen frequently. I've only been using it for a week, and when a customer places an order, it's supposed to be sent automatically, right? Well, it's not. Instead, it sends the wrong template. I really don't see why it would be so difficult for the developers to fix this; they're clearly neglecting it. Besides that, it often sends mass messages that Meta detects as intrusive. I would really appreciate some support from you. Thank you very much, and I hope you improve.

no pude usarlo quisiera un tutorial mas completo para poder comprender sus funciones ya que me parecen interesantes y completas
Necesito ayuda para resolver un problema relacionado con las notificaciones de WhatsApp conectadas a mi tienda Shopify.
Actualmente, los clientes están recibiendo mensajes duplicados para un mismo evento. Por ejemplo, una notificación de "Pedido entregado" se envía varias veces al mismo cliente para el mismo pedido y el mismo número de rastreo, aun cuando Shopify registra un único evento.
Ya revisamos nuestra configuración y realizamos las validaciones básicas sin encontrar la causa del problema.
Adicionalmente, hemos intentado buscar soporte para este caso, pero no hemos encontrado un canal claro de atención ni una forma de contactar directamente con un especialista que pueda revisar los registros técnicos y ayudarnos a identificar el origen de los mensajes duplicados.
Agradeceríamos que nos indicaran cuál es el canal correcto para atender este tipo de incidencias o que nos pusieran en contacto con el equipo correspondiente para investigar el problema.
Contamos con ejemplos y capturas de pantalla que podemos proporcionar para apoyar la investigación.

You can send only pre-defined transactional messages. No other templates allowed.
I hope they allow other approved templates in the near future.

Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps. However, it’s missing two critical features: the ability to edit templates and the option to schedule messages. While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, nor can you set messages to be sent after a delay—whether a few minutes or even a day after an order is placed—which is quite disappointing. Hopefully the developers address this soon.
