It's a very useful automation service, but sometimes i face some issues in whatsapp application on phone, which is the customer number shown as unknown user which make some conflict, and the message which is contain the order details always doesn't appear while shown as this message may take a while, i already sent to whatsapp support and no one could fix my issue

Foi fácil configurar, e funciona bem. Porém, não é possível editar os textos das mensagens e estão todos em português de Portugal, o que gera algumas diferenças para os brasileiros. Seria bom se tivesse uma maior gama de personalizações para cada loja.

En mi tienda en Argentina funciona bien, cumple con todos los mensajes automáticos sin problemas luego de realizar una configuración correcta.

El único problema que estoy teniendo y que no encuentro solución, es que no está realizando la Respuesta automática: "Envía automáticamente un mensaje con tu información de contacto a los clientes que respondan el mensaje de utilidad en WhatsApp."

Y la verdad es que sería de suma importancia que funcionara ya que el número de teléfono que estoy usando para esta app solo es para esta app y no la estamos usando para contestar mensajes.

I'm giving it a 4 just because it is so much pain killer, make all the 3rd party useless and saves a lot of money. unfortunately, unable to edit the messages is a really blocker! they must add this feature ASAP, also adding few more events.
