First 3 day the apps works perfect, then there was some issue with the CTA message. Contacted the support, received a reply saying that they can't do anything and it was normal. Worst Customer service, you shouldn't put your email in the first place if you can't help your customer on anything.

So I used this app., last year and I uninstalled it again. Well I just now reinstalled and uninstalled again when I realized after installing and checking my speed that it slowed it my site a bit. So I definitely had to uninstall it again.

Really great app. Only using the free version, but still a good amount of features. Runs smoothly and does not get in the way of the customers shopping experience.

Muito insatisfeito com esse app. Estava dando erro quando clicava no botão do whats, eu desinstalei e o incone continuou aparecendo na minha página. Reinstalei para ve se conseguia retirar mas não consegui. Acabei aprovando a cobrança do app para ve se conseguia remover e mesmo assim não consegui. Resultado: tive que pagar a mensalidade sem usar e ainda continua aparecendo o incone do whatspp na minha pagina.

Easy one step installation! I love this app, it makes my customers reach out to me a lot quicker which in turn allows me to give great customer service and turn chats into sales.
