Just started using it on my store but I love it so far. Very useful for quick chats with visitors to the store.

Great app. But Be careful with the Position of the button. I had it at bottom right and it was causing my checkout button to glitch.

The fb messenger doesnt work and they have useless customer support. They didnt know how to fix it so they stopped answering their emails. Disappointing.

Can't understand how this app has got such good rating. It's been 3 days since I have installed this app and in these 72 hours, it has been offline for over 36 hours, ie half the time. I tried contacting their team twice, but they didn't repsond once. I really do like the app, however if it's going to be offline half the time, then what is the use. If you guys can fix this issue, then I'd love to install this app again.

And the app is also not working on tablets. 2 major issues.

Se tivese como colocar zero eu colocaria. O app foi instalado no meu site sem eu ter baixado ficando na pagina de 4 produtos meu o botão procurei o suporte da shopify e não resolvero tbm procurei o meu provedor que não soubero resolver tbm, até que hj consegui tira ele mais antes disso fiz a instalaçao do GetButton que agora vejo na minha fatura uma cobrança de $2,99 dolar estou tentando resolver está cobrança que nao vou conseguir engolir.

This app does not work properly and there is no support in English. Not worth the time installing this app.

This app is anything but free. It should say "Free plan available" because every little thing costs more money. You are better off with the other paid apps, you will be spending much less.

I'm sorry that the app description confused you. The app is free, but you can subscribe for some additional features for a flat fee. Actually, our competitors offer usage-based pricing, which makes their product much more expensive for most merchants. You can use GetButton Widget for any number of visitors for free.

Tried to install it, it doesn't work...when trying to use the troubleshooting guides, the links are non-existent and also in another language (russian or something alike)
