great app...simple install and works perfectly
Finally it worked, it took me hours to find-out that if someone don't put WhatsApp/Call contact number as per example format with proper spaces and brackets like this "+92(319) 123-45-67", it won't work!
Although, upon pressing Save Button; it will display a message "Congratulations! Your chat button was successfully saved. View live on your store!"
Instead it must display an error/warning message with such text input fields!

Actually the form supports multiple phone number formats like
+92(319) 123-45-67
+92319 1234567
923191234567.
They will all work with https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=923191234567&text&type=phone_number&app_absent=0.

This app is a 10! It looks great and the sms messaging feature is the best part of it. So many customers are social now and messaging is a lot easier than picking up the phone and calling but this app has that covered to. It will even connect your customers by phone. Try it out. You will not be disappointed.
Fantastic APP works really well and help my customers reach me fast
Thought I’d install it since many stores I saw use it. It’s very basic and barebone simple. There are better apps out there that are also free, like “callback” apps that save customer details for future follow ups.
