So far so good!! Installation was super easy. Which beats other chat apps I've tried. I love that I can completely customize the chat button widget (different colors and message of my choice.) Customer's have the option of chatting, emailing, and calling if you choose. Customer service is excellent, they are quick and very responsive.

Honestly, this should not be free.
I feel like I'm stealing.

Easy to set up and very useful!

We were looking for a way to communicate with our clients, and a chat box was not the answer. We had to find a familiar way to interact with our customers, a way that is easy, without taking them out of their comfort zone, WhatsHelp was the answer for all of the requirements, Thanks!!!

Having the ability to use messenger in my store is fantastic! Can recommend to grab this and it's free so no problems if it doesn't work out for you in the end.

Useful app. Does what it says. It is a bit buggy when trying to save changes but its free and does what we need so that gets 5 stars from us. Thanks for this guys.

Muito insatisfeito com esse app. Estava dando erro quando clicava no botão do whats, eu desinstalei e o incone continuou aparecendo na minha página. Reinstalei para ve se conseguia retirar mas não consegui. Acabei aprovando a cobrança do app para ve se conseguia remover e mesmo assim não consegui. Resultado: tive que pagar a mensalidade sem usar e ainda continua aparecendo o incone do whatspp na minha pagina.
