So far so good, but will write back when I start seeing results
I would love to give 5 stars but the auto inject feature does not work and i've reached out to support twice with no response. I guess i can just use it without auto inject it's still cool.
Edit: trying to leave a 3 star review it's not allowing me to and it seemingly wants me to delete the review? This is sketchy. still stuck inside the review portion can't leave a review.

Great idea and attractive. Customer service chat guy Sam is top-notch and knowledgable, and integration with Klaviyo works well (a must for my email flows). Unfortunately the lack of advanced features (custom-coded HTML, Javascript, UTM-tracking, geo-tracking, etc.) means I might not keep this past the trial, but I'm hopeful.
Great app!. Does what it says it can do and then some. Good addition to any e-commerce site.
I downloaded the app today! Ran into a snag and help was almost immediate. I look forward to using this tool to help increase sales. Thank you Wheelio!
Do not be fooled to install if you regularly change plans like me to balance monthly expenses for the store.

the app is not free, it does have a free trial for 7 days, that helps merchants see if we can bring value.
If you read that, its written everywhere, you would understand and you wouldnt leave a review that has absolutely nothing representative of us and our support or app.

Love this app!!! So cool. ONLY ISSUE...on mobile after a customer clicks to submit their email and spin the wheel, screen zooms slightly and stays that way after it disappears.
I'm still in the trial period and I just started
so it is too early to say. We will see...
you have to do too much for it to work. i installed it...couldnt see it on my site....customer service said to try incognito and clearing cookies and blah blah blah.....the average customer isnt going to do all that to make the wheel visible. this app isnt user friendly.

If you have only the exit intent opened up, that is the only trigger possible. If you have another app that is causing this, well I cant do anything against that (any other popups enabled?).
I said that you cant remove the logo, its mandatory, but if you really insist, you can upload an empty .png file.
Also, I dont like being threatened by reviews. You were the first 1 star review that had absolutely no sense at all and then you changed it to a 5 star review. I dont really like that attitude in general. If you like the app great, leave a review, if you dont, leave a justified review and stop using it, nobody is forcing you. Also any kind of review forcing is prohibited by Shopify.
