HORRIBLE! The worst customer service of any app i use! First off, this is a PAID app so you would expect great customer service. I get way better customer service from free apps I use(usually reply within 10 mins)... 2 days now trying to chat with them for help. They "seen" my messages, and still no response.

Very slick looking feature. Hoping this helps through the usually quiet Christmas month by offering discounts. Support has been excellent with some small tweaks I needed some help with. Response was very prompt as well. Definitely recommend trying this on your store.

The purpose and function of the application is as per described. I would highly recommend this application.

Used the basic plan for about a year and my experience has been sub par. Yes, my conversion rate was about a 13% so not too bad but the actual conversion rate for remarketing to those who came from wheelio is abysmal. ALSO NOTE: you can not export your data unless you are on the pro plan. It does not matter that you are no longer in the free trial and pay for their service you will still not be allowed to export your data. And the price difference between the plans is ridiculous so I will be uninstalling and starting to gather new data. Wish I would have just used the Klaviyo pop up from the beginning.

Wheelio is a great app, the customer service is great, they respond very quickly and are responsive. Since I installed Wheelio on my store my conversion rate has increased a lot, and I get all the email addresses of my visitors, it's a great app!

So far, Wheelio does really well. I'm in the beginning stage of driving traffic to the site, but it seems to have a good ratio of people spinning. Technically speaking, I'm very happy with how detailed you can get with customizing it the way you want.
