L'application fait ce qu'elle promet de faire et le fait bien, par contre le temps de réponse du service client est vraiment décevant (une quinzaine de jours à deux reprises)
Support is awesome and the product speaks for itself. There is a marked changed in conversion when I turn it off. Keep up the great work!
Advantages: It did close some deals. Disadvantages:
(i)Some consumers start to use different fake emails just to get the best coupons. We therefore collected junk emails in our database. (ii)We didn't use it every month, because we want to create different programs to motivate consumers. However, we still have to pay monthly fee even when the app is spared.
Disgusting Chat Support
The customer got a reply within 30 mins of the ticket opening, which was not satisfactory and said we are disgusting. Being in this space for over 8 years and catered to over 100K stores, this makes us sad as a project. People having bad days and just posting vulgar posts because of that, unacceptable.

Good app, easy to use, high CR. But I think they should give us more option to customize the appearance, slices options, number of slices,...
Maybe due to the time zone issue, they all responded to us later. They also tried to solve the problem for us and compensate us, and I like it for actively solving the problem. This App is great overall, but I think there are still loopholes, which led to we lost of money. In fact, we limited the total number of products (the total number of prizes that can be drawn) and the number of times a single user uses it, but this program did not work. There were situations where the actual number of winners exceeded the set number and a single customer could purchase multiple products. I set it according to normal understanding and there was nothing wrong with it, because we have also used other apps. I didn't see a place where I could set a limit on the total number of products for one user. Although it was set that one user could only use it once, the same customer could still purchase multiple quantities. I don't know if it's a problem with Shopify or their program. If Shopify doesn't support it, I think the explanation in the setting should be explained and more detailed.
Hi there. We have answered every ticket you opened and this is simply false and not true. There was no bug, you have set it up wrong, you have set up the discount to be used only once, but set no limit on the quantity of items.
