We just migrated over from Malomo and have been blown away by the hands-on help we've received from the Wonderment team (Sivan!). Very on the ball to make sure the email flows and actual on-site experience are firing correctly and on-brand. Highly recommend this team!
A rare combination of strong tech and awesome service. Wonderment has become a big part of our customer journey, and we couldn't be happier with our experience to date. From custom tracking page to transactional emails to reports...all top tier, and across multiple stores.

We've been live with Wonderment for just over a month and it has rapidly become one of the most valuable assets in our tech stack. Not only did we see nearly immediate incremental revenue, but we also improved our customer experience dramatically. The advanced reporting allows us to keep FedEx honest and ensure they're delivering on the service levels we've purchased. In addition, the integration with Klaviyo means we can A/B test subject lines and creative to optimize performance. Lastly, the team, the team, the team. They've been fantastic holding our hand every step of the way. This is a MUST-HAVE Shopify app you won't regret!
Wonderment has given us a good insight into orders that are being delayed in shipping and the tools to be more proactive with our customers.
I would give 5 Stars if the reporting was more intuitive and easy to work with- the dashboard looks nice, but in terms of a working portal to manage orders, there is a still a lot of downloading and exporting CSVs needed in order to achieve what we require.

We recently completed onboarding with Wonderment and could not be more happy. Within Shopify, the app is intuitive to use, connects with key components of our marketing stack, and provides a level of insight that enables our team to collaborate, iterate and improve across functions. The robust integrations with Klaviyo and Shopify in particular provide us with the ability to deliver a consistently excellent and on-brand customer experience. The Wonderment team is full of good, talented people who are beyond patient and always up to lend a hand. We're excited to partner with them now and moving forward.
The app enables real-time updates to the customer on their delivery, which customers love and reducing customer service time needed for customers chasing their orders. The on-site tracking page means more opportunities for customers to convert. Their support is fantastic, thanks to Julie for resolving issues caused by our unique shipping set-up.
Wonderment is a fanstastic app! We've been using them for a couple of weeks, and I can personally say the support is superb! Every issue we've had has been resolved speedily, and they've gone above and beyond to accommodate our customizations. The app itself is simple yet effective; it provides timely information to customers about their package transit information - and it has helped reduce the number of 'where is my order' inquiries to our CS team. All round recommend.
Fantastic team, great app. Honestly, one of the best on-boarding experiences and I've been in the space for 25+ years.
I wish I would have implemented this in 2017 ;)
