It took their support team 12 days and several exchanges including a call with a sales rep to give my question a final answer.
Their free plan is extremely limited, it imports random shipments and doesn't let you test anything properly. Yet they expect you to pay 99$ to use an app you weren't able to test.
We're going to use Aftership, who have fast support and a lot of features.

tragic communication and after 6 months of back and forth they finally realized the solution will not work for our store as intended. stay away
