I just switched over to Wonderment and they made the process incredibly simple.

My old tracking software began putting key features behind a paywall such as seeing average delivery time and percentage breakdowns.

I knew Wonderment was a better overall pick but I had reservations about switching just due to my personal time. Thankfully, Wonderment's team was able to get my Klaviyo flows set up and design my tracking page for me.

They also turned off old emails and flows and turned theirs on.

10/10 service, the app is very intuitive, and I'm sure my customer experience will improve.

Wonderment has given us a good insight into orders that are being delayed in shipping and the tools to be more proactive with our customers.

I would give 5 Stars if the reporting was more intuitive and easy to work with- the dashboard looks nice, but in terms of a working portal to manage orders, there is a still a lot of downloading and exporting CSVs needed in order to achieve what we require.

Overall Customer Service and support from Wonderment is 5 Stars :)

We just signed on with Wonderment. To date, we have been impressed with their great customer service and onboarding help. The app itself integrates beautifully--very simple, actually. We like the extra store branding that makes our customer's tracking journey much more pleasant and engaging. So far so good!

Wonderment is all class. They are helping us transform our customer experience and we couldn't be more thrilled. We also want to give a massive shoutout to Sivan who made a massive effort to accommodate our onboarding experience on Australian time. 100% a legend.

I've tried all the post-purchase apps out there.. hands down, Wonderment does it better than everyone else. Their team is extremely responsive, and come from industry heavyweights such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Drizly, & Wayfair. The Wonderment Post-Purchase App is mature, delivering metrics and user experience that actually matter. A+++
