I truly great app and support team. The immediate support from Sivan and her colleagues and the way they took responsibility for the installation made the difference for us between another tried and failed app and a frustrating experience and a great experience that leads to an app we will stick with.
We just migrated over from Malomo and have been blown away by the hands-on help we've received from the Wonderment team (Sivan!). Very on the ball to make sure the email flows and actual on-site experience are firing correctly and on-brand. Highly recommend this team!
We signed up with Wonderment earlier this year and their team and support have been second to none! We are in the process integrating Wonderment with an electronic gift notes program and Austin has been super helpful with getting things setup and tested on our store before we launch!
Looking for an all-in-one shipping and order tracking app for your customers? This shipping track app is the one for you. I've tried a dozen different apps that help my customers with order tracking (and trust me when I say a dozen). However, I noticed the majority of them lacked the ability of our brand to notify customers of specific delays or were way too pricy for what they had to offer. Personally, I'm in love with the flow triggers that are on the integration with Klaviyo that let customers and us know about any delays. After setting up Where's My Order, we saw our order tracking ticket volume cut by 40%. It gives us ease of mind knowing our customers are happy and informed about the whereabouts of their package at any moment in the delivery journey. Not to mention, the pricing structure is set up for stores of any size. Other tracking apps charge a ridiculous monthly cost for features that this app already provides and less.
I just switched over to Wonderment and they made the process incredibly simple.
My old tracking software began putting key features behind a paywall such as seeing average delivery time and percentage breakdowns.
I knew Wonderment was a better overall pick but I had reservations about switching just due to my personal time. Thankfully, Wonderment's team was able to get my Klaviyo flows set up and design my tracking page for me.
They also turned off old emails and flows and turned theirs on.
10/10 service, the app is very intuitive, and I'm sure my customer experience will improve.
The app has provided valuable visibility into shipping delays and issues that we never had before, allowing us to be proactive with our customers and resolve problems quickly. Customers have really appreciated this and this feels like an essential tool now in delivering our premier customer experience. The Wonderment team is also very responsive and has quickly helped answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues. Would recommend!
This is the most amazing team ever - seriously in awe of their CX and how they are willing to work with our small team to help us get set up. Brilliant app and will make our life so much easier. We almost built out manual automations for this before realizing the full potential of this app!
Wonderment has really been a game changer for our company. Compared to other solutions on the market, Wonderment stands out with its powerful dashboard and its ability to make reports and look at and filter all shipments by carrier, status, and more. The email for transactional emails have been so easy to implement and helped to increase open rates for our company by multiples. I've had nothing but the best experience working with their team. They are talented, kind, and responsive. Highly recommend the app!
Wonderment has helped transform my customer communication when it comes to my shipments. In the absence of improved delivery leadtimes, Wonderment is really effective in keeping my customers up to date at every step.
