This is for the onboarding experience. We really liked how easy it was to install and implement Wonderment. I'll update once we are in it a few months, but so far, so good and we love the features!
When it comes to personalizing your customers tracking/shipping experience, Wonderment has made the job easier than one would expect. The $100 is an amazing price especially with the all the help their team is willing (and able) to provide to get you up and running and help with any and all troubleshooting you require. It's been awhile since I've fully trust another software team to truly have my customers best interest in mind and help me to deliver it. The idea that we switched Wonderment on right before BFCM and our office was closed, yet the Wonderment team assured us they would keep and eye out and make sure things continued to run smoothly was not only a huge shock, but an incredible look at how much they care for and want their customers to succeed. Shout to Sivan and Julie for continuing to enhance the customer service and making sure I have all the information!
We have just started using this app and it's absolutely amazing.
They simply build all you need to give your customers a fantastic experience about their orders, with a lot of information on tracking. All the email flows within the brand voice were customised for us and we didn't have to do anything.
This was particularly good for me because I'm not quite a tech person... so, incredible job, Sivan and team! Keep up the great work and thank you very much!

Jeff and Austin have been great, both in getting our post-purchase experience up and running and in keeping up with updates. I highly recommend this app.

Where's My Order is a great tool for tracking shipments. The dashboard with live tracking status is helpful because it gives us an overview of where packages are at any time. We are a subscription box company, so we like to track that shipments are delivered before the customer is charged for their next box. The app allows us to be proactive with our customer service. The Wonderment team is exceptional, always helpful, and responsive to our questions.
The app enables real-time updates to the customer on their delivery, which customers love and reducing customer service time needed for customers chasing their orders. The on-site tracking page means more opportunities for customers to convert. Their support is fantastic, thanks to Julie for resolving issues caused by our unique shipping set-up.
Come for the app, stay for the customer experience and the team. With Wonderment as a partner, we were able to build out customer experiences that have raised our retention significantly. They are a great group to work with and they are experts in the space.
Wonderment has helped me with so many things already. We've only used them for a few months now but we've been able to stay so proactive with any shipping concerns that can happen in transit that our customers are appreciative rather than upset about the issue just because we were able to reach out and offer insight and solutions before they even knew there was a delay.
