I truly great app and support team. The immediate support from Sivan and her colleagues and the way they took responsibility for the installation made the difference for us between another tried and failed app and a frustrating experience and a great experience that leads to an app we will stick with.
Great overall. Price to value make sense. Has improved UX and reduced CX tickets. Plan to continue using. Have not had issues. Easy onboarding. Customizable to our site.
Wonderment made it easy for us to provide a superior post-purchase experience to our customers which has resulted in less customer support tickets. Less customer support tickets means happier customers and a more efficient customer support team!

Working & integrating Wonderment has been an easy and useful adjustment to our site & we are so happy with the results. Wonderment is one of my favorite tools in our CX tech stack. This tool has empowered us to be able to communicate the entire after fulfillment journey to our customers and across our team internally. It's so much more than just sending emails/sms on the package journey, it has literally given us the ability to stay proactive for our customers if something goes wrong during fulfillment.
Additionally, the order tracking page is highly customizable and we have been able to offer our customer's an amazing brand experience.
We have just started using this app and it's absolutely amazing.
They simply build all you need to give your customers a fantastic experience about their orders, with a lot of information on tracking. All the email flows within the brand voice were customised for us and we didn't have to do anything.
This was particularly good for me because I'm not quite a tech person... so, incredible job, Sivan and team! Keep up the great work and thank you very much!

This is the best app for value on the App Store. They help you with onboarding and the app does exactly what you need as far as tracking pages and customer emails.
I’m leaving this review after a particularly great experience where I asked for a feature request on Twitter and the founder responded, built the feature, and launched it within 48 hours.
This is for the onboarding experience. We really liked how easy it was to install and implement Wonderment. I'll update once we are in it a few months, but so far, so good and we love the features!
When it comes to personalizing your customers tracking/shipping experience, Wonderment has made the job easier than one would expect. The $100 is an amazing price especially with the all the help their team is willing (and able) to provide to get you up and running and help with any and all troubleshooting you require. It's been awhile since I've fully trust another software team to truly have my customers best interest in mind and help me to deliver it. The idea that we switched Wonderment on right before BFCM and our office was closed, yet the Wonderment team assured us they would keep and eye out and make sure things continued to run smoothly was not only a huge shock, but an incredible look at how much they care for and want their customers to succeed. Shout to Sivan and Julie for continuing to enhance the customer service and making sure I have all the information!
