i am unable to hear the music on my store/mobile
[Note: the feature that allows developers to reply to reviews has only been available since March 2019, that's the reason for the late reply]
After being contacted by the merchant, we quickly checked that the music was playing perfectly in this store on all modern browsers and sent a video recording of their store showing the music playing.
Unfortunately, the merchant never updated their review with this information.
Anyone can check that the app music works smoothly by visiting our demo store, which can be found in this app listing page.
The song in the trailer is not included. All you get is the "8-bit Jingle Bells" version. I would have LOVED it otherwise. I can't get it to play on my site either.

Due to copyright, we can only provide song recordings with a Creative Commons licence or in the public domain. The app has a variety of songs to choose, please contact our Support Team if you need any assistance with its configuration.
The song you hear on the YouTube video is provided by YouTube (on any YouTube video you can configure background music) but YouTube does not grant permissions to play it outside YouTube.

The snow doesn't seem to work. Can't figure out the music at all. The bottom bar looks good though. I would recommend it just for that but wish the other components actually worked too.

We tried to go into your store to check this further and get the issue corrected if needed, but we noticed the app was uninstalled. If you'd like, you can reinstall it so we can review this behavior, and fix whatever it's required.
