The support team is brilliant and very helpful at answering our questions and making sure the app works for our use case. That said, this looks to be the best wholesale app out there for bulk pricing, user control, custom shipping options and all the other things you'd need (but don't think about) for a wholesale store built ON TOP of a consumer store.

This app is frankly great! It enabled us to really develop our wholesale program. The app Admin team responds extremely fast and will help you fix your website to make sure the app works! I recommend it to everyone

This team is amazing. I had a handful of edits and customizations I asked for over a couple of weeks. They just kept delivering over and over again. I highly recommend this app and this group.

I tried several wholesale apps with no luck. I have specific needs because of a personalization tool that is an integral part of my site. Max and his team were beyond helpful. Most other apps would give up, but they were very diligent... working many hours to get their app integrated with my site. They were very responsive and helpful. I really can't say enough about them and this app. The discounts are very easy to set up and they offer different types of discounts and so many features. I highly recommend this app! I would give them 6 stars if it was an option!

This app is awesome value for money when you compare the features to other apps. From what I can see this is the best. I just changed my theme and the response to update the app to work on it was super quick!

We have a wholesale website in the UK, so only approved customers can sign in.
We use the app to hide prices from public, launch a sign up form for new customers, set a minimum quantity ordered of each products and a net term payment for specific customers.

What we needs are different from others. Digitalcoo can help with those added on options. The prices are affordable too.

Digitalcoo can do all of the works we need but we have to be specific on every details.

They response fast but can only be contacted by email. We never need anything urgent, so we are fine with the communication via email.
We have been using the app for a year and very happy with it. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the service. First I thought this feels like it is taking for ever, but actually just a few days, but then everything was set up on my website. I just had to create my own discounts and it appeared on my store front. I had an issue with navigation while app was downloaded but it was resolved immediately The email that is sent afterward the set up is done is easy to understand and makes it clear what needs to be done before going live. For someone like me that is not tech savvy, it was so easy. Highly recommended.

This wholesale app offers functionalities that others don't, which include allowing customers to redeem a discount code in addition to their wholesale price. They also helped us to integrate their app with another upsell app so the discounts stack properly. Very helpful!
