Wholesale ‑ All in one

I use this app for wholesale pricing. It works very well with choosing pricing at customer level (using tags or login) and at product level. The interface is user friendly and it is very efficient. What I liked even more, was the availability of developers to customize the features. The support team is very responsive and very helpful. They even came back with better solutions than the ones we asked for. I would definitely recommend them.

The app works great and as explained. No bad surprises. It allies the simplicity of apps using the draft object without the problem of not allowing discount codes anymore.

We were able to get our wholesale site up and running within a matter of days. They were very thorough with responses to my questions and provide detailed examples of how unique circumstances could be addressed. We highly recommend this app! What a phenomenal app! Does everything I need it to for wholesale! Very easy to use. It even allows multi-product discounts, each with there own pricing structure... very few wholesale apps have this capability. The best part about it is the help of the staff. Extremely helpful and understanding. Very quick to respond to requests. I tried many, many wholesale apps before I found this one and this was by far the best one!

**Update** The team reached out to apologize for the delay due to some local holidays. They worked quickly and was able to resolve my request in 1 day. I do appreciate that....... The functionality of the app seemed to have been a good fit. Unfortunately the communication with support is not timely. I ended up removing the app because I had 2 open tickets with no response for over 10 days will multiple requests for updates gone unanswered.

There is so much included in this app, it has been a lifesaver! WAIO is really flexible and allows you to tailor the settings to whatever you need. The service is among the best I've received from an app - my inquiries are always followed up in a timely manner and clear instructions are always given to help illustrate. Absolutely recommend!!

Max was incredibly helpful when it came to setting things up to work how needed for our store - even offering a replacement addon module free of charge when the one we decided to use did not work how I expected. Fantastic support and an easy to use app with great functionality.

So this is literally the only app that I have found that combines offering discounts to users that have not logged in and also the ability to configure special prices for individual customers. Every other app said this was not possible! Anyway very pleased with the app so far and as far as support goes they have been excellent in making sure the app works with our shop.
