Wholesale ‑ All in one

This has been a great app for our wholesale needs. We were able to customize to fit our wholesale program. But the customer service of this app development team is what really stands out. They are AMAZING! Very quick to respond, able to help us with any questions and when the app wasn't fully working on our theme, they dove right in and get it up and running as expected in a very short time. We would recommend this app to anyone that needs wholesale functionality on their Shopify store and wants to work with a company who cares about their clients. Thank you to the team at DigitalCoo!

This app is great! They are always adding more functionality to this. I've used this app on three websites, and this app always works great, plus their support is outstanding.

EDIT: This is an update posted 5/17/24.
It took over a month to get everything resolved, but we finally got the app bugs and website bugs corrected. So far I like the app. I don't like the shipping options they give you. I wish it would let you use the same shipping rates like a regular Shopify customer. But otherwise its a good app, not a great app.

From early April: So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own.

Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend.

The app itself is working exactly as expected with several other features that can be added on that make it truly all-in-one. The other thing that set this app apart for us was their customer support; we needed some customization with our Shopify theme for our homepage and they replied promptly and went above and beyond our expectations.

It works exceptionally well, I have been using it for more than a year now and I've tested other apps, nothing works as well. We have reps that get discounts off of our products and I can create tags to discount specific products to them. Also, we wholesale some products and not others and this app allows us to discount just the brands we wholesale to our dealers while keeping full price on those we don't! Awesome and highly recommend.

Max is always very helpful when an issue arises. They send clear emails and respond quickly. We have used this app for about a year now and only have good things to say.

First and foremost, the support provided by Wholesale - All in One is truly top-notch. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question regarding the App, their customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. They didn't just provide generic responses but took the time to understand my specific concerns and offer tailored solutions. Whether it was troubleshooting technical issues or guiding me through the setup process, their support team was there every step of the way.

We made the switch from another app that we were having multiple issues with and couldn't be happier! The app works seamlessly and has more flexible options on how to handle volume discounts. No issues and the customer support is very thurough and helped us improve a gfew things with other app integrations so highly recommend!

I have recently changed Themes and actively made adjustments alongside other developers. The theme wasn't playing ball with the app on our test site. I contacted Wholesale-All-in-One, and within 24 hours, they implemented the fix that integrated the system back into the website. One error I made was that I had a developer working on minifying the website using a copy that, when put live, was not the same version, and I had to get back in touch with the app developer.

I am pleased to say they were helpful and understanding and fixed the system for us again. My only future suggestion would be to include instructions on adding this ourselves when the auto installation doesn't work as expected.

I'm really happy with the service.
