Had a couple of hiccups but customer service explained and quickly resolved. I'm up and running now.

After testing a few other wholesale apps we are sticking with Wholesale - All in one. Their support team has been fantastic answering all of our questions and making sure everything is running smoothly in our shop. I'm really looking forward to continuing the relationship with them. Thanks again.

Wholesale - All in One app is the backbone of my website. It allows me to customize prices for customers in multiple categories based upon customer tags. Additionally, at the same time application allows to add different discount rules for our regular customers who don't have logins.

I highly recommend this application to everyone.

I honestly have no idea how someone could give this app 5*. We have been using for a couple of months and we have had nothing but issues. The team it seems doesn't know how to code their app. We tried to launch two ranges with them to trade only ahead of launching to the public. It was a disaster from start to finish! The 'tags' did not work. Our retail customers ended up seeing the whole range two months ahead when we planned which ruined the launch we had worked so hard on. Our trade customers were seeing crazy unknown prices for things, the VAT add on (which is the reason we went with them) doesn't work, it miscalculates the product. As soon as we can we will be removing this app and good riddance!

Great app and support! Does everything we're looking for all in one app. Replaced multiple apps and their support team is extremely helpful.

*UPDATE - This app has been frustrating me for 5 months, but it has been working properly for about 2 weeks now so I am hesitantly updating my review as requested by the team. They really have put a lot of effort into getting it to work on my site. That said, do not expect this to just work as is...this has been 5 MONTHS of back and forth with a myriad of issues as stated below and I am not really confident that I won't have any further issues)
Either the cart is extremely slow to update or won't update at all. Or the wholesale pricing won't load correctly so random products are left at full retail price. Or some customers have completely gone through the checkout process and then the final PLACE ORDER button will just not work. There's been so many issues with only temporary solutions. It has made my whole business look extremely unprofessional and I'm sure I have lost a number of orders when my customers just give up instead of reaching out when they can't place orders.

A great alternative to Bold Quantity break application!

OUR STORY: First we used bold application for tiered pricing, but it slowed down our website due to their heavy scripts and ultimately reduced conversion rate. Alternatively, We installed this application and it works exactly as we needed without effecting the website speed. Additionally, this application doesn't create extra variants like the other apps. We are fully satisfied with this app. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent application! It helped us to apply discount by customer type. Very easy to set up discount as fixed price or in percentage to entire store, specific categories, specific products or variants. We have full control to create multiple customer groups and apply different discounts to different groups. Recommended! A+++
