Hello we add the app to our Shopify account and now we need ASAP help to integrate the app, so my company can use it as fast as possible. There are many many B2B customers from us that are already switching to the competition because the wholesale functions are not working. Please help us to integrate the app as fast as possible. Right now we are losing thousands of euros on a daily basis. We will appreciate your help a lot and I hope that you can support and prioritize us, regarding the app integration.

You already got the access to our Shopify account. I hope you can help us to complete our B2B online store in the fastest possible way.

Update to my app: Asad has been in contact with me. and while i've had many issues/bugs he's been very patient in hearing my concerns and going above and beyond to fix them. The app is good in theory. But the wholesale prices don't actually carry to the cart consistently. Support is via email only so if you're running a flash sale and you're in the US don't expect an answer until the next day... after your sale is over... I switched from another app to get volume pricing and MOQ requirements but those also work sporadically. They also will conflict if you use a variant app that adds on a price. This app will override and any add on prices, just fyi.

**Update** The team reached out to apologize for the delay due to some local holidays. They worked quickly and was able to resolve my request in 1 day. I do appreciate that....... The functionality of the app seemed to have been a good fit. Unfortunately the communication with support is not timely. I ended up removing the app because I had 2 open tickets with no response for over 10 days will multiple requests for updates gone unanswered.
