The app works great and as explained. No bad surprises. It allies the simplicity of apps using the draft object without the problem of not allowing discount codes anymore.
Support is amazingly helpful and reactive.

We had very specific needs for a wholesale shopping experience for our online shop. The team at Wholesale - All in one app accommodated ALL of our unique requests and executed our requests extremely quickly! We were able to get our wholesale site up and running within a matter of days. They were very thorough with responses to my questions and provide detailed examples of how unique circumstances could be addressed. We highly recommend this app! Fantastic customer service and a tremendous value.

What a phenomenal app! Does everything I need it to for wholesale! Very easy to use. It even allows multi-product discounts, each with there own pricing structure... very few wholesale apps have this capability. The best part about it is the help of the staff. Extremely helpful and understanding. Very quick to respond to requests. I tried many, many wholesale apps before I found this one and this was by far the best one!

There is so much included in this app, it has been a lifesaver! WAIO is really flexible and allows you to tailor the settings to whatever you need. The service is among the best I've received from an app - my inquiries are always followed up in a timely manner and clear instructions are always given to help illustrate. Absolutely recommend!!

Max was incredibly helpful when it came to setting things up to work how needed for our store - even offering a replacement addon module free of charge when the one we decided to use did not work how I expected. Fantastic support and an easy to use app with great functionality.

Ever since Shopify updated their interface, the performance and reliability of the app have significantly deteriorated. We've encountered consistent issues during checkout, which have not only impacted our sales but have also eroded our customers' trust. While a 'temporary fix' was introduced, it remains flawed: wholesale customers experience erratic price changes if they navigate out of and then back to the checkout. Despite our numerous communications with both Shopify and the app developers, a permanent solution hasn't been provided. We appreciate the time during which the app served our needs, but I must express my diminished confidence in its current state.

So this is literally the only app that I have found that combines offering discounts to users that have not logged in and also the ability to configure special prices for individual customers. Every other app said this was not possible! Anyway very pleased with the app so far and as far as support goes they have been excellent in making sure the app works with our shop. I wanted an app to combine the offer of trade prices to be seen only by tagged users, Volume discounts to be seen by all users (not logged in) and also the ability to offer trade payment (net) terms to tagged customers. I spent ages looking around and had a number of false starts. Every app I found said they could not combine the Volume discounts for all users with trade prices for tagged users. Well "Wholesale -All in one" does it all!. Not only that, but as with most apps there are always teething problems. Any issues we have raised with the support team so far have been handled quickly and very competently. Its early days but so far I would give this app and the support 5 stars.
