Wholesale ‑ All in one

Support is quick and responsive. An app works but has glitches from time to time. Recommended for small businesses, but not for bigger companies.

We've been very happy with the app, as well as the support. It's totally removed our need to input custom orders for commercial clients.

For us, a few killer features:
- live, commercial pricing on the site
- customers become wholesale customers simply via Shopify customer tag, no extra customer profiles stored outside of Shopify. That's great.
- ability to limit certain products (including in search!) to certain commercial customers
- net-30 payment terms

We're really happy with this app, which works better than a number of alternative wholesale apps we had tried. Furthermore, the support and development teams at Digital Coo were brilliant, going above and beyond to ensure compatibility with our store, and doing additional development work on our behalf. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Update to my app: Asad has been in contact with me. and while i've had many issues/bugs he's been very patient in hearing my concerns and going above and beyond to fix them. The app is good in theory. But the wholesale prices don't actually carry to the cart consistently. Support is via email only so if you're running a flash sale and you're in the US don't expect an answer until the next day... after your sale is over... I switched from another app to get volume pricing and MOQ requirements but those also work sporadically. They also will conflict if you use a variant app that adds on a price. This app will override and any add on prices, just fyi.

The support team is brilliant and very helpful at answering our questions and making sure the app works for our use case. That said, this looks to be the best wholesale app out there for bulk pricing, user control, custom shipping options and all the other things you'd need (but don't think about) for a wholesale store built ON TOP of a consumer store.

UPDATE:
I don't know what happened. The app stopped working for any customer outside of the US and I couldn't get any help with it. Had to switch apps. Ended up going with Regios which is working with Shopify much better.

I've really loved this app mostly because our company has perk membership and we can easily create sales for those customers tagged with our special designations. I came across and issue where the discounts were not rounding properly (if the discount came to $1.995 it should be $2 but it would come up $1.99 - our customers noticed) and contacted their support. They fixed the issue within a few days. I find this impressive as I've asked for help on lots of apps and platforms and got the run around. Not with this app. They responded, kept me updated, fixed the issue, and then sent me a video showing me that they got it working. 5 stars.

I do have a couple suggestions. 1. Coupon codes. Some of our special members are promised special coupons. I'm discovered this is an issue on shopify. Not with this app but in general.

2. More customization with free shipping. I don't know how but since we use live shipping, I'd love to give a free shipping method so that all shipping methods aren't "free". We want to give free cheap shipping not 2nd Day UPS. This issue comes up in all discount options on shopify. I don't think anyone out there has thought of this.

Also, part of me suspects now that the thoughts are out there this app will solve them.

This app is frankly great! It enabled us to really develop our wholesale program. The app Admin team responds extremely fast and will help you fix your website to make sure the app works! I recommend it to everyone

I've been using WAIO appr for about a year now and as my site ebbs and flows, they have been excellent at keeping up with my changes and reintegrating their code whenever my teams screws it up! The product is intuitive and easy to administrate with minimum effort. I would absolutely recommend.
