The app does its job. It covers most aspects and requirements of a wholesale business. The UX and design leaves a bit to be desired, and that alone almost made me rate it only 4 stars. However, the responsiveness, helpfulness, and quick turnaround time from their support team has been really great and professional, and in the end tipped them over to a 5-star review.

Great App been using it for over a year now. Lets me run my wholesale business along side of my retail. Some of my customers use the online ordering system themselves and never have an issue. I have had a few questions and set up requests over the year and the support team has always been on call and ready to assist. After trialling this and another similar app for some time we opted for this one and have been so please we have upgraded for more functionailty and find it helps to keep things all under one app as opposed to several spereate ones.
