The app is perfect for our needs. The layout is very easy to navigate and extremely thorough. The features are also very well thought out.
Support was excellent and even sent a video of the issue being resolved.

Horrible customer service! I did not receive a response for days and then when I did it was automated and clearly did not actually read my request. I deleted the app and then tried again because I really wanted some of the functions and the price was good but again had horrible customer service. No response. Very frustrating and not worth the money AT ALL

This app has been easy to use and offers all of the things I have been looking for to run my wholesale site. I have tried other wholesale apps, but nothing beats this one. Contacting the developers of the app has also been really easy and they have been amazing to work with. Fast and super communicative!

The app was exactly what we were looking for. It's all encompassing and resolve all the challenges we had before we installed it, from customer sign up page to providing the discounts on our custom theme, and there's features that we haven't even began to take advantage of. Aside from that, they have really good and helpful dev team, very responsive and understood our needs.

Great app with responsive customer support. We cater to 2 industry segments that each receive different pricing. The WAIO app makes it possible for our clients to log in and see their specific pricing and cut down on the number of back-and-forth emails that were needed to confirm pricing with them. Additionally, we wanted to add a custom note next to the industry-specific pricing so clientele felt confident they were seeing not only the discounted pricing but the correct discount for their industry segment, and the app developers, DigitalCoo, helped us to implement this customization. We're really happy with this app, which works better than a number of alternative wholesale apps we had tried. Furthermore, the support and development teams at Digital Coo were brilliant, going above and beyond to ensure compatibility with our store, and doing additional development work on our behalf. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Update to my app: Asad has been in contact with me. and while i've had many issues/bugs he's been very patient in hearing my concerns and going above and beyond to fix them. The app is good in theory. But the wholesale prices don't actually carry to the cart consistently. Support is via email only so if you're running a flash sale and you're in the US don't expect an answer until the next day... after your sale is over... I switched from another app to get volume pricing and MOQ requirements but those also work sporadically. They also will conflict if you use a variant app that adds on a price. This app will override and any add on prices, just fyi.

Had a couple of hiccups but customer service explained and quickly resolved. I'm up and running now.

Very satisfied with this app so far! I had an horrific experience with another mix of apps to create a wholesale site so I was looking for something easy to set up that would answer my needs.... and that's what I got with Wholesale all in one! The team is super reactive, helping out with small customization demands and my wholesale website was up and ready to go in 3 days! I strongly recommend :)

Support is very supportive:) Guys react very quickly to our requests. The app itself covers all our needs in b2b business: managing pricing for clients, items (individually or in bulk) and other useful features like log in to view price, quick order form, net terms, minimum order value, etc. I would say the app is very flexible for your wholesale needs.

I tried several wholesale apps with no luck. I have specific needs because of a personalization tool that is an integral part of my site. Max and his team were beyond helpful. Most other apps would give up, but they were very diligent... working many hours to get their app integrated with my site. They were very responsive and helpful. I really can't say enough about them and this app. The discounts are very easy to set up and they offer different types of discounts and so many features. I highly recommend this app! I would give them 6 stars if it was an option!

What a phenomenal app! Does everything I need it to for wholesale! Very easy to use. It even allows multi-product discounts, each with there own pricing structure... very few wholesale apps have this capability. The best part about it is the help of the staff. Extremely helpful and understanding. Very quick to respond to requests. I tried many, many wholesale apps before I found this one and this was by far the best one!

We are a small manufacturing company and we use this app to sell both to our distributors and end clients and needed a way to create pricing tiers for different levels of customers and distributors based on who logged in to our site and display that pricing discount in the checkout area without them having to put in a discount code. It does everything we need it to and works well. We had a few issues where things weren't working at first because of the theme we were using but the developers here responded quickly to my requests and accurately corrected everything to fit perfectly within my theme. Which is honestly all you can really ask for. Super satisfied with their ability to make everything work for me and some of our pretty specific needs. Definitely would recommend

By far this has been the best app and support experience I have had on Shopify. I chose this wholesale app because some of the other apps, although having more reviews, significantly slowed my site down because of the high usage of scripting in the background and the large number of SKUs that I have. Installation was a breeze (because they did it for me)! There was a particular feature I needed because of the size of my store that their app did not have; after a brief exchange of my business case - they tested and delivered a new feature that worked perfectly.
I absolutely recommend this app if you are doing wholesale and I absolutely recommend their support. I would give them 20 stars if I could. I am very happy!
