The App has been a perfect solution for us, but the Customer Service team is extremely helpful, and work hard to get you back to business as quickly as they can!
Exelent app and exelent service. I have reached out to the support team several times, asking them to help me customise our wholesale solution and they have always been quick to answer and help me create the features I wished for.
I highly recommend this app.

The app itself is working exactly as expected with several other features that can be added on that make it truly all-in-one. The other thing that set this app apart for us was their customer support; we needed some customization with our Shopify theme for our homepage and they replied promptly and went above and beyond our expectations.
We made the switch from another app that we were having multiple issues with and couldn't be happier! The app works seamlessly and has more flexible options on how to handle volume discounts. No issues and the customer support is very thurough and helped us improve a gfew things with other app integrations so highly recommend!
Using this app is very frustrating. I wish this app would fix the documentation and have better customer support. I would only recommend this app for very basic integrations. There are a few major limitations and Shopify features your store must give up that this app does not make clear.
The documentation is outdated and very unclear. There are multiple spelling and grammar errors as if the person writing it has not learned English. If the team fixed this then we wouldn't need to contact their customer support so often.
Contacting the customer support for this app has been a painful experience. Every reply from their team has been vague as if they are trying not to answer questions. Clear documentation would fix this.

It took over a month to get everything resolved, but we finally got the app bugs and website bugs corrected. So far I like the app. I don't like the shipping options they give you. I wish it would let you use the same shipping rates like a regular Shopify customer. But otherwise its a good app, not a great app.
From early April: So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own.
Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend.
First and foremost, the support provided by Wholesale - All in One is truly top-notch. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question regarding the App, their customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. They didn't just provide generic responses but took the time to understand my specific concerns and offer tailored solutions. Whether it was troubleshooting technical issues or guiding me through the setup process, their support team was there every step of the way.
This app works great to provide our retailers a means of placing orders on our website with their discount if they aren't using collective. The support team is quick to respond & fixes any issues right away.
Wholesale All-in-One does everything we need. We can have multiple price listings, volume discounts, and MOQ by item. It's a great app that makes having D2C and resellers in the same store. Support is always helpful and responsive.
