Great app, great customer service!

Have been working with Wholesale by Supple since July 2017. This app works great and their support team kicks butt! I totally recommend this app. I'm a real customer. www.Charm14.com

The app works fantastically. The auto-generated discount codes work quite well and offer great flexibility over variant price alternative apps - it also works really well for our store as we use the one shopfront to sell our stock locally and overseas and this app allows us to discount our products based on customer tags - meaning we can "discount" to remove 10% GST/tax Australian customers have to pay for our overseas customers. Also since we use a live/dynamic currency converted to show prices based on location - using discount codes as opposed to variant prices also means we have greated flexibility - don't have to run 2 or more different stores and manually manage inventory levels between the 2 with the same stock!
The customer service is great - very quick, efficient and professional. I can highly recommended this app and Supple as a company to support your needs. Thanks again Supple!

They made it a priority to quickly reply to our emails, fix any issues we had, and offer to do customization that fit our needs. It's an amazing app and the support from the team was a great. We have also used net30 and volume discounts functionality and it's working great.

Have used their app plenty and it is really useful, their support email is very helpful and got my issues sorted, the only thing I wish they had was an automated way of importing price list updates so that we can get that done when new values are needed without having to do it manually but overall great product and very friendly staff

Awesome customer service. The team was easily able to help us iron out some of the install issues we were having - quick and very responsive. App function is fairly limited but does what it's supposed to do. We've had good customer response.
