This app used to work very nicely. They did some udpate 2 weeks ago to their app, and is not working correctly in our shop anymore. They don't give us estimate time to fix. It has hit us in sales with our wholesale customers. Hope they fix asap.

価格を顧客タグにあわせて変更できて、Dawnでも動作してのでこちらのアプリはオススメです!

This app is extremely unreliable and a complete pain, we would not recommend it to anyone serious in wanting to offer wholesale pricing. Everything we do something with prices it causes problems, it basically constantly fails to provide customers with discounted pricing, which is the whole point of the app, leading to frustration for both our customers and us. We will be looking to either open a separate store to avoid apps or see if we can justify shopify plus instead for a native solution. *update* Received an email advising this is likely isolated to my store but the same issues have gone on for months, i have also been told that a support ticket is opened to reach out to me but i have received no contact, only the reply to this feedback sent from the app store.

All-in-all, Wholesale Club has been a good addition for us. It has most of the functionality we need to please our wholesale customers. We have had some issues with this app getting along with other apps or coding on our site. Also, it is frustrating that the only way to contact support is via email, especially when there is an urgent issue. However, with that being said, Declan and the developers have always been able to nail down the problem and get it fixed.

A basic app that does what it needs to although is not compatible with a number of other Shopify apps. The only solution is to remove existing apps and lose functionality so wholesale club continues to work, without bugs and errors. A little limited and seems no investment in improving.

Kay is lovely to deal with from support, although their technical support and upgrades needs attention.

We use this app to run our wholesale business through our store. Works great and has lots of flexibility on pricing. We really like the quick order page as well.

Absolutely fantastic! After figuring out how to fine tune the settings of this app to exactly what we needed for our store, we couldn't be more pleased with the functionality of it. The support team has answered our never-ending questions with clarity and positivity, and we are so thankful that they helped us make this everything we needed it to be. Do not underestimate the abilities of this app as it has proven to be the all-in-one tool for incorporating Wholesale to our site. You will not be disappointed.

Installation was quick and easy and Wholesale Club is all in the style of my website which I thought was important. There was plenty of time to try out the app and I asked support a few times for explanations. They were patient and explained everything in a simple way and even helped me to adjust some of the general settings.
