Really great app, nice implementation with the use of coupon instead of product variants.
Some limitations (price roundings) but they are already working to improve that.
Support is really responsive and friendly.

We have multiple pricing levels for our customers and found the app has worked really well for us. When we have price changes it's simple to update and the app works perfectly with our Shopify store, never any issues.

I have been very impressed with the quality of all Pixel Union apps - specifically the Wholesale Club app. It has met a great need of ours to eliminate the need to set up a separate wholesale site. We've set up several pricing tiers depending on the product groups and level of wholesale customer. We needed to add the Custom Prices module but it enabled us to do exactly what we need seamlessly with our existing site. I've received prompt help and resolution from Rob and team at Pixel Union whenever needed. They follow through on feedback received to help ensure my store and my customers experience is excellent. We use this app for our wholesale accounts. It has made the ordering process easier for everyone. We have a faster turnaround with dealer orders and they are able to see what is currently in stock and ready to ship.
The set up was easy and did not take a long time.
Anytime we have had issues with the app, the customer service response has been immediate. They have been quick to solve or help us solve any issue we have had.

Technical support responds with in 24 hours and are very helpful. This app works great, even with our complex wholesale pricing structure. The NET30 option is a huge bonus.
