How it Works

Wholesale Club allows you to offer wholesale or VIP pricing to specific customers by tagging their accounts. When they sign in, they will see the wholesale pricing you have set for them. You can set different tags for different custom groups, such as gold pricing and silver pricing.

Once your groups and tags are set up, you can add a variety of features to build your wholesale systems, like volume discounts, custom pricing, net terms, and more. These features are highly customizable so you can be very specific about the customer experience. See below for the features available on the Basic and Professional plans.

Using Wholesale Club means you don’t have to set up a second store just for wholesale customers. It works within your existing store, keeping things simple and efficient!

Quick Order Form - allows customers to add multiple products to their cart at once, helping them place large orders more easily.

Order Minimums - enables you to create order eligibility requirements for each customer group. You can set minimums per collection, product, or variant.

Custom Pricing - gives you the power to get really specific and create a custom price for every item in your catalog! To save time, custom prices can be imported via a CSV file.

Volume Discounts - allows you to offer bulk discounts based on the contents or total value of a customer’s cart. For example, you can offer 10% off when a customer spends $1000, or offer a quantity break when a customer buys 50 items from a certain collection.

Net Payment Terms - gives you the ability to allow certain wholesale customers to pay for their order at a later date, such as Net 30, Net 45, or Net 90.
