Constantly stops working for no reason, and customer service is slow to respond.

Edit: this time they responded quickly, and fixed the issue, but they claim the Shopify liquid API causes problems.
Satisfied with the app. Customer service responds quickly if there is a problem or I don't know what to do. They fix it right away.
