Does just about everything I could ask for, and the service is terriffic! Their email reply to me bounced and Ann went out of her way to email again to make sure I got the reply. Super easy setup, user friendly, and really fast integration. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

We downloaded Gorilla as it was recommended to us, but we had issues setting up the app. We raised issues with Shopify who referred issue to Gorilla for help. We have contacted Gorilla 3 times for help via various means and DEADEND. Not heard anything back. This seems to be a typical problem. So we are moving to another app, as if we have this much trouble when starting, the lack of communication with Gorilla will not work moving forward. UPDATE - TEAM GORILLA GOT BACK TO ME QUICKLY FOLLOING THIS REVIEW AND WERE VERY PROACTIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY RESPONDED TO MY QUESTION AND WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR REPLIES. THUMBS UP TO TEAM GORILLA FOR THAT.

There are a lot of wholesale apps available and so choosing the right one is a difficult decision. However I went with Wholesale Gorilla after reading reviews on the shopify platform and also independent blogs and reviews. They have been absolutely brilliant at helping me along the way of set up and answering questions the same day.The set up process is actually quite straightforward but anything I was unsure about they took the time to help. I love the way my wholesale site looks the same as my retail site as I didn't want to lose any of my design. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to start a wholesale platform to use Wholesale Gorilla. A big thank you to all the team but especially Clementine who has guided me every step of the way.

I was really looking forward to using this app for our whole sale clients due to its lighweight structure. The staff was supportive and able to explain a lot of things to us. Unfortunately, it did not work out. First of all because it was conflicting with another filtering app. The lightweight structure does also mean a couple of important features like variable minimum purchse amounts and tiered discounts for larger spenders weren't available. But I will keep this app on my radar and may reconsider when they add new features.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately filtering apps significantly rebuild your theme code in a way that removes the data most wholesale apps need to change prices to wholesale. Wholesale apps that create hidden or duplicate variants can sometimes run alongside filtering apps, but most modern wholesale apps are moving away from this approach since it comes with a number of limitations. We'll be sure to let you know if we are able to support filtering apps in the future.

Not as seamless as you may think but the developers will help you integrate the app to your Shopify theme. It combines a lot of useful features into one neat app. Requires some knowledge of html, css and liquid if you want to make customization. Overall, it is a great app that is worth the cost.

The app is ok. I had some frustrations, but they were addressed. However, I will probably search for another app that allows exclusion of product variants. For instance, I have one product that has about 27 different variations. All 27 of those variations show up eventhough only 2 of those are offered as wholesale. This is very inconvenient and will lead to confusion for my wholesale customers.

We just started using Wholesale Gorilla at konzuk.com. We were very impressed by their sales support (Thanks Clementine!) answered the 100's of questions we had regarding functionality. Their tech support (thanks Zach!) exceeded our expectations finessing the interfacing to match our brand. We have already enjoyed successful wholesale orders using the platform—noting its ease of use and simplicity. We definitely recommend this application.

Clementine responded immediately to this review and communication channels are now open. Thank you for your quick response and apologies for the delay in updating the review. I downloaded this app 12 days ago and first emailed for help 10 days ago. I have emailed several times since then and haven't received a single reply apart from one email from 'Clementine' to say that you found my first emails in SPAM. I replied to her email several times and also independently. I don't know what else to do to get some help...? Everyone talks of speedy support but I can't find any evidence of that. This app looks like it will do the job for us and I don't want to delete it, and I really didn't want to go this route to get your attention but I was left with little choice ‍♀️
Can anyone get back to me?

Hi Jo,

I'm very sorry that your messages are still not reaching our team, and we appreciate you giving it one last try via this method. At this time, it looks like we've still only received a single message from you, which you sent our way on 2/18.
After reviewing your case, it looks like Clementine replied to that email after just a couple of hours had passed, and informed you that we hadn't received a single other message from your store; they're not in our Spam folder, or anywhere else -- they just outright aren't appearing in our inboxes or received history, so they've for some reason been completely unable to reach our Zendesk support system.

It looks like our best options moving forward would be to proceed as direct by support by replying directly to the original thread so that we could help out with anything needed, since that message had been successful in reaching us. We sent that message off on 2/18, but it doesn't look like we ever received a response from your side on that specific thread, and we've not received any other messages from your store elsewhere-- so it seems like we're right back to square one of your messages just not reaching us.
We are truly sorry for the trouble that you are experiencing with communication and are unsure why Zendesk is unable to intercept your messages.

We would still love to help out further however possible, and we're going to reach out via personal email right now to see if that has better luck in reaching you so that we can receive your replies and work anything out that is needed. Please keep an eye out for that message and be sure to check your spam folders; you won't have received any correspondence from this email address as of yet, so it very well could end up in your spam or 'trash' folders.

Also, we will be monitoring the review as the main method of communication for the time being; therefore, please update your review in a few hours if you don't see that message come through from our team letting us know that it didn't reach you, that way we can know to try a different contact method (we will check your post for an update around 3 PM EST).
